Excellent typography and creative design
results in top marks for annual review
We started working with Culford School in 2017 when we were asked to redesign and produce its ‘Culfordian’ yearbooks which are sent to existing pupils’ families and alumni.
These two prestigious publications are annual summaries of activities and achievements, including visual and performing arts, sports, trips and individual accolades. A 120-page edition is produced for the Senior School and Sixth Form and an 84-page edition for the Prep and Pre-Prep.
Throughout, creative contemporary design and layouts were required to enhance the quality typography and excellent imagery, ensuring it reflected the very highest production standards.
The timeframe for the entire project was just six weeks which was achieved thanks to working closely with members of the in-house Marketing Team who were very happy with the new-look Culfordian.
We worked with Paul at Newman Design on our annual magazines, The Culfordian and the process was brilliant from start to finish. We could not have been happier with the end result. Paul was incredibly patient with us and helped us to create a magazine we are really proud of. He managed the project efficiently to make the process as easy as possible for us, creating a great look and feel for the magazine which modernised our brand in the most effective way. We had fantastic feedback on the magazine and will be working with Newman Design on future issues. We would highly recommend Newman Design!
